ALIC President Mr. Liu Xiliang attended Prime Source Forum Focus on China held by  China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile and Apparel (CCCT). There is a number of merchants and experts to participate the forum from China's foreign trade and production enterprise, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, Kenya and other countries and regions.

The Prime Source Forum was presided over by the Chairman of CCCT Mr. Chang Jianghui and Hong Kong YEH SHEN President Mr. Martin Keil. Additionally, Hong Kong TEXHONG TEXTILE GROUP and CHINA NATIONALCOTTON GROUP made a speech.

The official of China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Mr. Fu Ye gave a lecture on “Elaboration or the latest national cotton policy”.
