“China International Textile Forum”, sponsored by China Chamber of Commerce For Import and Export of Textiles, was held in Shanghai.

Officials of Textile Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, Import and Export Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai, National Development and Reform Commission, and China Association of Cotton attended the meeting. About 200 domestic and foreign representatives attended the forum.

ALIC President Mr. Liu Xiliang was invited to attend the meeting.

At the forum, the participants made analysis and expectations on domestic and international economic situation and the sustainable development of the textile industry, and also had discussions on industrial adjustment and development,  the changes and trends of international market in the future. Meanwhile, Director of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile and Apparel Jiang Hui made a keynote speech titled Overview and Trend on China’s Import and Export of Textile and Garment.
