ALIC decided to set up "LILY COLLEGE" in order to make enterprise staff training and team construction a leapfrog. “LILY COLLEGE” is a virtual enterprise university targeting at all staffs and will be responsible for internal staff training.

ALIC hopes that “LILY COLLEGE” will implement company enterprise culture, facilitate the integration of strategic thought, boost the sustainable corporate development to gear up ALIC’s core competitiveness.
