Recently, China-Pakistan Textile Industry Online Forum has taken place online, jointly organized by the Consulate General of Pakistan Shanghai and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles. It is aiming at boosting the exchange of China-Pakistan textile and garment industry, cementing the state-to-state cooperation and jointly promoting the development of friendly relations in all fields, in the context of the normalization of COVID-19. Keynote speeches were delivered by Director of Pakistan Trade Development Bureau, Besti Luhu, and Consul General of Pakistan Consulate General in Shanghai, Hussein Hyde. CCCT Chairman Cao Jiachang attended the forum and gave an address.

Garment, fabric and home textile manufacturers from Pakistan, representatives of textile and garment enterprises from some provinces and industry organizations were brought to the Forum.
