The second China-Central & Eastern European Countries (CEEC) Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair, focusing on economic and trade cooperation between China and CEE countries, was inaugurated in Ningbo last month.

Heads from China and CEEC governments like the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Poland, Slovenia and Hungary delivered online and in-person speeches to celebrate the opening ceremony of the expo. 

This year, Serbia and the Czech Republic are guests of honor, and Anhui province is the expo's host province. Domestically, twenty-seven provincial and municipal governments – including Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Beijing, and Hainan – sent delegations to the expo.

The exhibition, with a total floor area of 200,000 square meters, features trade shows in three categories: the CEEC exhibition, the international consumer goods exhibition, and the permanent exhibition of imported commodities.
