"China-UAE Economic Forum" was held recently which was jointly sponsored by China and UAE under the mechanism of mutual visits by entrepreneurs of the two countries and jointly organized by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronics Products and Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Qian Keming, vice minister of the Ministry of Commerce of China, Mr. Sani Zeudi, minister of State for Foreign Trade of UAE Ministry of Economy, Mr. Ali Zasiri, ambassador of UAE to China, Mr. Abdullah Alves, chairman of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Mr. Zhang Yujing, president of the China Chamber of electrical and mechanical industry attended and delivered speeches. Nearly 500 representatives from over 260 governmental departments, financial institutions and enterprises of China and UAE attended the forum.
