On the morning of August 7, Professor Jia Liangding, Vice Dean of the Business School of Nanjing University, accompanied by a delegation of more than ten doctoral students in business management, visited ALIC for a research tour and discussed management initiatives and innovation during the company’s development process. Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Anhui International Trade Group, Zhu Dongfeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and President, Vice President Fang Xiangdong, and others accompanied the research.

The parties had in-depth discussions on corporate culture building, team development, employee development, and innovative management. After the meeting, Vice Dean Jia Liangding, on behalf of Nanjing University Business School, signed an off-campus internship base agreement and conferred a plaque with ALIC. Both sides will strengthen cooperation in industry-education collaboration and talent training.
